We care for dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, birds, fish, ferrets, chinchillas, bearded dragons, axolotls and many other legal family pets. If you don’t see your pet listed, just ask!

We specialise in calm, one-on-one neighbourhood walks. We do not offer pack walks, visit dog parks or let dogs off leash. This allows us to provide personalised care tailored to your dog’s individual needs while keeping their safety our highest priority.

Yes, our team is trained to care for puppies, senior pets, special needs pets including pets with disabilities and those that require assistance and/or medication.  Every visit is customised to your pet’s age, personality, routine and individual care needs.

Simply complete our getting started form  and we’ll send you a link to create your secure online account. From there, you’ll book a complimentary virtual Meet & Greet at a time that’s convenient for you. After every visit you’ll receive detailed visit notes, along with photos and, whenever possible, videos, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing giving you reassurance wherever you are.

Because we’re a team of trained employees, we always have backup available when needed. If your regular pet care professional is unavailable due to illness, vacation or an emergency, another qualified team member who has access to your pet’s information and care instructions can step in. Our team approach means your pet continues receiving the reliable care they’ve come to know.

We provide pet care 365 days a year between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to assist with bookings and questions. The office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.  

No, No. We specialise in caring for pets in the comfort, safety and familiarity of their own home, where they can maintain their normal routines and experience less stress. 

We do not retain keys.    We no longer retain client keys. Access to homes is provided through electronic locks or secure lockboxes. You choose the code, and once your visits are complete, you can simply change or disable it for added security.   Visit our full key control information here.

Yes. Every new client begins with a complimentary virtual Meet & Greet where we get to know you, your pet and your routine. If you would like to meet your assigned pet care professional before services begin, we’re happy to arrange that. If another team member ever needs to step in due to illness, vacation or an emergency, we can also arrange an introduction whenever practical. Additional in-person Meet & Greets are billed at our regular visit rate.
