This is why I like to offer free virtual meet and greets with all new clients. It allows me to get to know you and your pet before we set up a care plan and visits! We need to be able to be sure we can give you the best service!
In addition, we will always inform you if we see anything strange going on with your pets. Communication definitely goes both ways.

How We Handle Emergency Situations
Our team is fully prepared to deal with emergencies as we understand things happen! There is always a manager on call to help out in case anything happens. We have an emergency preparedness certification, and all of our team members are pet first aid certified.
Luckily, we are familiar with most of the veterinary clinics in town and maintain good relationships with them. We also require emergency contacts from clients, so if anything happens to their pet or home, we have someone else we can reach out to if the pet parents are not available.
